Valerie has always taken a lot of pictures, but with Andrew's birth, a new emphasis was given to formalizing these collections of pictures. A friend introduced her to Creative Memories and the rest is history. Valerie doesn't consider herself as very creative, but one look at any of her albums quickly dispels that idea. In fact, she even won an award for one of her pages in a contest sponsored by a local scrapbook supply store. Over the past few years she has completed approximately a dozen albums. Major events like a family vacation, or the birth of a child sometimes warrant an entire album. She not only documents the events of our immediate family, she has helped others do albums. |
