I have been married to my husband, Stan, for 30 years and am the mother of two
daughters, Samantha and Katie. Samantha and her husband, James, live in
Atlanta, Georgia, where he is attending graduate school at
Georgia Tech University. Samantha is a first grade teacher. Katie and her
husband, Ryan, live in Dallas, Texas. They just got married in July! Samantha and Katie
are two of my best friends, and I love spending time with them. We also have a
cat named Sadie, who loves to sit in high places and will actually play "chase"
with you!!
Stan and I like to take short weekend trips and eat out! Silver Dollar
City and Mexico are two of our favorite spots. I also love to read books and
work in the yard in my spare time. I
enjoy shopping and spending time with friends. Some of my favorite
shopping spots are Wal-Mart, Target, and Steinmart. I love Mexican food,
pizza, and anything chocolate! I have been teaching for 24 years, after graduating from
Oral Roberts University
with a double major in elementary education
and learning disabilities. I was blessed to spend several years at home,
raising my daughters.
